2018 Ultimate White Mountain Get-Away Raffle

Rules and Regulations

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • Need not be an Arizona resident.
  • Purchases by check must include phone number to facilitate reaching winner if ticket is drawn.
  • Raffle winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Winner must take possession of prizes within sixty (60) days of winning.
  • Taxes determined at time of winning by value provided by Show Low Ford, World Wide RV, Alpine real estate prices, and $25,000 cash prize.
  • Winner must pay value of taxes to the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce prior to taking possession of prizes. Chamber will forward taxes to the IRS under the social security number of winner.
  • The taxes are generally around 25% of the total prize package that includes the $25,000.00. The cash helps but the winner must come up with the remainder.
  • 2800 raffle tickets must be sold to give away the 2018 F350 XLT 4WD Long Bed, 2018 Pinnacle 5th wheel model #37LlWS, acre lot in Alpine, and $25,000.
  • Less than 2800 tickets sold results in a 50/50 prize and fifty percent of net proceeds will be given to winner.
  • No prize substitutions allowed.
  • If so desired, winner does not have to accept prize(s), but will not be compensated for prize(s) not taken, in which case prize(s) will remain in the joint possession of the Boys & Girls Club of Round Valley and the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce.
  • Tickets may be purchased in another person’s name.
  • Ticket purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
  • Drawing will be held Saturday, September 15th at 7pm at Avery’s Waterhole, 262 W. Main Street, Springerville, Arizona. The public is welcome at the drawing.
  • Truck and fifth-wheel will be taken to various events and locations for public to inspect.
  • Although units are new, some wear and tear and mileage on truck will happen as unit is displayed during March through September.
  • Acre lot in Alpine is part of a subdivision with a homeowners’ association.
  • Lot requires stick-built home.
  • Arrangements for storing and or living in fifth wheel during building or while lot is for sale by winner must be negotiated with homeowners’ association.
